Deadlines, costs and quality are the parameters by which we measure our responsibilities. In addition to this, we also have to master and integrate all interfaces and engineering tools around the world. We do this with the help of our highly competent subsidiaries who work alongside Uhde as regional partners and/or low-cost engineering centres. In addition, third-party services are integrated seamlessly into our projects.
An important step in this regard has been our own quality management system "UTE 2000", in which the workflow steps are clearly laid down. At Uhde quality is not just put to the test, it is created and ensured through the implementation of correct procedures. Quality management is know-how which is individually tailored to each specific project and customer. The resultant engineering services don't just ensure the quality of the plant design and construction, they also indirectly guarantee the quality of the complete product.
