Fertiliser plants for better harvests
Uhde has been engineering and building nitrogenous fertiliser plants for more than 80 years and is one of the leading suppliers in this field. Since 1994 alone, Uhde has built 15 new ammonia and 13 new urea plants with annual production capacities of more than 8 million tonnes of ammonia and 10 million tonnes of urea. The nominal capacities of the individual plants range from 600 to 3,300 mtpd of ammonia and from 1,050 to 3,500 mtpd of urea. We have also revamped numerous existing plants.
Uhde's fertiliser technology portfolio also includes leading technologies for the production of synthesis gas, hydrogen and synthesis gas products, such as ammonia and methanol.
